Q: How does GIA ensure on-time delivery?

A: The different stages of every order is planned thoroughly prior to the production stage. Also, the benefits of our complete in-house operation enable us to meet otherwise challenging deadlines.

Q: How does GIA manage design reproduction and reorders?

A: Our efficient software technology can reproduce customers designs on our machines within a week. We are also able to give texture mapping to our customers for quick decision making.
As for reorders, when we have an initial order we make it a point to keep approximately 30% extra goods in the greige state (natural state) which can be quickly dyed or printed and shipped out to save time. This is particularly useful for mail-order companies.

Q: How is our high quality standard met?

A: A complete in-house processing cycle ensures thorough inspection during each production stage. Orders are checked and double checked. Our emphasis on quality is testified by our long term client relationships, with average customer lifespans of 8-10 years and more.

Q: What about logistical barriers?

A: Karachi now has two major ports which allow efficient handling of cargo and weekly sailings of containerized ships to destinations all over the world.

Q: Why buy out of Pakistan?

A: Total Pakistani textile exports in 1999 were approximately USD $5 billion. In the year 2006 this figure has jumped to nearly USD $11 billion. This shows the phenomenal growth rate which is still growing.
